All prices are in Canadian dollars. All e-bikes are new and tested.
Warranty
All our ebikes are new, tested and come with a 2 year warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on all electric components or up to 1000 km. Please be noted that if you are using the ebike for commercial use and you have passed the 1000 km your bike is out of warranty, but we still can service it. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the user.
Returns
We do offer an option for an exchange of your purchased product within 7 days of the receiving. Please notify us first and we will be happy to try resolving any issue you might have. If you decide that you wish to get a full return on your new unused product, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoice amount (Including the Free Shipping and Handling). There will be no reimbursements on the shipping costs paid by Ebaik Canada to the customer.
Please do not forget to notify us with an email or by calling us before sending any returns.
When sending a return, all the packaging has to be in the “As New” condition, including all parts of the product, the original invoice, the warranty card, manuals and all the items in the original packaging.
